Analysis of Fast and at last
Fast and at last
It strikes first
As the thunder is heard
The still of lightening
Is seen across the sky
As the darkness falls
To the light
And we enter another night
Awakened in the mind
As the heavens shook
The voice is then again
Heard and we look
To the skyline
As the stars rise
In the night
And fall to the day
And the sun appears
From beyond the horizon
And we are awakened
To go out again
Into the night
With eyes opened
And minds
That cast light
