Analysis of A Loving Lust
Tabitha J. Bryson 1973 (Indianapolis, Indiana)
I feel you watching me
quietly you move in close
my mind races away
it's you I desire most.
Your warm playful smile
quickly glances my way
I feel myself wishing
your extended stay.
Those deep brown eyes
seem to know my soul
you're playing hard to get
while I'm losing control.
The mere sight of you
or the sound of your name
my spine, it tingles
and I don't know what to say.
In my nights alone
I think of you
I imagine your touch
the sound of 'I love you, too'.
So is this love or lust
what I'm feeling for you?
Whatever it may be
I know it to be truth.
