Analysis of Women of new age

Sufaija P 1994 (Kerala)

I am the revolution
my predecessors longed for,
Not waiting for your acknowledgement
but with self affirmation.
Weary-sad-angry-broken-frustrated
Human with emotions
Not god-like you presumed.
A way of life
A counter culture
The voice you cant quell
My resurrection is written for sure
even if you and your insensibilities
crush my egalitarian hopes
wittingly or unwittingly.

Neither the lilac nor the daisy
I am the rampant
Cactus with thorns.
With dreams and nightmares.
A deviation from the past,
Inherently flawed per say
But I am vary of your
Dichotomy of good and bad.
Unapologetic,
Fragile,
Kind,
Exquisite.
The woman of new age
Successfully vanquishing enemies
of war unseen and unheard of
with no swords of metal
but her decadent rationale.

(the X and Y of the usage of word “decadent” is explainable.
Women and her reasons
historically has been condoned
as unethical,
her ways of life as immoral
and something to be censored.
Me and you are not
in the same page with the word
so bare with me
I meant no harm)
