Analysis of proprioception

Life is a state of being,
with her up's and down's...
the beauty she has shines brightly.

Look through the ocean's breath,
calming sounds of tranquility...
the waves splashing on many shores.

In class memories for another day,
pencils scratching and keys typing away...
how much will we remember?

The past will teach you,
The future lets us dream...
just remember to stay in the present.

Anxiety will eat us when alone.
Remember you have people beside you,
people that love you!

Happy days will come?
there already here!
but my anxiety-
Can be beaten with help...
