Analysis of Ups and Downs
Silvana Dureny 1976 (New Jersey)
I climb and then I fall
I grasp for LIFE and soon enough
I fall again..
Is it a challenge to see how many times I can handle this all
Is this what happens when we keep grasping at what we can't have at all
I climb to the challenge then you drop the ball
Leaving me helpless alone in sadness to carry me through this LIFE
But who would have thought I would be the one to take fall after fall
My strength became weakness
my tears became floods
My life became turmoil because I trusted you with my all
One day I Will Climb Tall
But This Time I Won't Fall
Any longer over you
