What if

What if we all are dead ?
Getting the visions that live inside our head.
Thats what we call deja vu,
When you know that happened with you
What if we are lying on our death beds?
Living the moments that we spent in our sheds.
What if our beloved are crying over us?
But we are still roaming on our dream bus.
Existing in every bit of our life,
But little did we know we are on the first stage of our afterlife.
Angels are ready to take us home.
With our sins as much as sea foam.
What if our souls are wandering out there?
Leaving every of their belongings here.
What if we are now bones?
Lying deep beneath the graveyard stones.
But who knows?
Guess we'll have to find out,
Whether we are alive or in doubt?

About this poem

It's the poem written on death. The poet (me) is asking herself a question that whether we are really living a life or it is an illusion.
