MEMORIES



My heart ponders in your embrace, yielding all I have without shame or disgrace to you. Wanting you here with me, I know, can never be. Holding on to memories from the days before until you again come knocking at my door. Trapped, I am within your soul. Forbidden love, I'm told, for I will never share your name. Fate had no right to play such a foolish game.
