Started writing poetry as a young girl to communicate better with people. I felt like I had a shield up. I’ve lived a full life and had many adventures like skydiving and BASE jumping. Poetry and spoken word has always had a special place in my heart. I’ve always looked for truth and honesty in this world. I’m a work in progress and want to start writing again to help others and myself deal with ugly emotions and feelings.
