I wrote Living Through The Amber Stained Shot-glass. 18 years ago. Since that time I have done Dialectical Behavior Training. Got my diploma. Got to leave program. I still have have my bad days. But I have a whole lot more good days and I now have boundaries. Which I suffered to long not having good boundaries. Domestic Violence scared me that I would not have the courage to break the vicious cycle.
