Our Love's Journey

As I lay me down to sleep at night
  You're always in my heart and mind,
Even though you're many miles away
  Our spirits to each other, paths do find.

You always mean the world to me
  And I hope you feel the same,
I take our deep love extremely serious
  And never treat it like a game.

We may have our troubles now and then
  As many other loving couples do,
At the end of life's journey and road
  Our love being strong to see us through

You're a special guy in many ways
  But counting all would be too long,
Apart, we are very weak and small
