I'm Over you...I Think

I saw you walking down the street the other day, he was holding you hand and you seemed happy.
I was looking at you, with my heart in decay, he had you so happy, just like i used to have you.
I went out to bars after we broke up, looking for a simple hook up.
Something that could drive the pain away from losing you.
I never thought that I could lose you.
I wanna say that i am over you but I don't think I am.
When i was with you, my heart was like a sailor.
I felt so free, so wanted, so loved. I felt like the whole world was in front of me.
Then my ship started to sink. I felt like i was drowning, drowning in a sea full of nothing.
This nothing was consuming me, it made me not me.
I drowned deeper and deeper.
Gasping for air, but I wouldn't fair.
I tied the noose around my neck.
The feeling of the rope slide against my head and around my neck felt great.
It felt like you when you used to hold me tight.
It felt like the first time I ever saw your sight.
I think I am finally over you, because I am nothing now.
Thanks to this noose.
