A million miles from now

Breathing in.  Porously. Bioluminosity.
Plasma and sparks.  Dare to befriend the unseen.
O' light in the dark. Purple impossible-- dreaming
  wake. Coded with cosmic electricity.
Now that i feel what i could not see before.
Slaying the real. It isn't the face you adore,
I tried.  Conscience died. Wings no longer can take flight.
Spiraling up. Out in the vaccuous night.
Enter the void.  Surrounded, immaculate sight.

"To live--to die-- to feel... alive?"

Forgot to mention my thrilling impressions.
Those without which i'm a fool with no rhyme.
All best intentions and plasma inventions.
I melt through the floor like a moment in time.
A moment in time.
A moment in time.

Break from tradition.  NO DIVINE INTERVENTION.
I found my connection.  Yes, that is my crime.
No lazy conventions nor' lack of dimension.
You can hear my dissention. I challenge the tide.

A phantom, white, with ears stretched wide,
hops quite elegantly,
gaining stride.
Thought it was a statue, grinning. Nein
Ivory shoal as old as time...

Tick tock. Tick tock. Tick tock.
"Hurry, up and, then wait.
Tick tock. Tick tock. Tick tock.
Racing- for the-- red light, red light."

"Human kind,
is NOT so kind.
Spiral down.
Burning eyez..."

Spiral out of this world.
Better places to be.
I might not see it all.
but i'll take back the pieces of me.

"Follow me.  Through the fire. We will see---
More than-- false desire.
Follow me. Through the fire. You will see.
More than-- false desire.  False desire."

"We've come to slay the real.
And break your precious seals.
The secret is revealed..."

"We're the magick and the sight.
Made of logic and a psyche.
Weary traveler, bow your head.
Resting on ultraviolet pillars..."

"When nothing seems to work,
an'  rain is coming down.
I become a crystalline serenade.
The frequency surrounds me..."

(Voice fading as if descending.)

Tick tock. Tick tock. Tick tock.
"Hurry, up and, then wait.
Tick tock. Tick tock. Tick tock.
Racing- for the-- red light, red light."
Fal-ling down...
Makes- no-- sound...

"Follow me.  Through the fire. We will see---
More than-- false desire.
Follow me. Through the fire. You will see.
More than-- false desire.  False desire."

"Just a light in the dark that we can't see,
or get away from.
Still we cling to the eyes of a belief,
that hasn't brought us, to one conclusion..
Try i might play the fool but i know me.
In the black sun.  Burning hot. Glowing on as the fallout.
All this division, is the illusion."

Through the door.
Shrinking more.
Looking in.  Falling through you.
A million miles from now.
A million miles from now.
A million miles from now.

Say the words.  "don't disturb."
So unsure.  All is a blur.
A million miles from now.

Illusions fade.
Break away.
Twisting through.
All is so new.
A million miles from now.
A million miles from now.
A million miles from now.

And theres just one answer for me.
Sirens of sheer frequency.
Haunting the realms of my dreams.
Screaming to set my soul free.
A million miles from now.

"And there's a world hidden from our view.
Tried to share but now i'm fading out of tune.
Can we catch the dragons tail,
and ride it straight on through the veil?
Never feared that much for state or sanity.
Found my friend in simple zen and energy.
Not to speak over the heads,
of the walking living dead...
