Senza Fare Sul Serio (aka Waste of Time...)

Senza fare sul serio
C'è chi aspetta un miracolo
e chi invece l'amor,
chi chiede pace a un sonnifero,
chi dorme solo in metrò.

Lento può passare il tempo
ma se perdi tempo,
poi ti scappa il tempo,
l'attimo.

Lento come il movimento
che se fai distratto,
perdi il tuo momento,
perdi l'attimo.

E chi guarda le nuvole
e chi aspetta al telefono,
chi ti risponde sempre, però
chi non sa dire di no.

Lento può passare il tempo
ma se perdi tempo,
poi ti scappa il tempo,
l'attimo.

Lento come il movimento
che se fai distratto,
perdi il tuo momento,
perdi l'attimo…

Tu non lo sai come vorrei
ridurre tutto ad un giorno di sole;
tu non lo sai come vorrei
saper guardare indietro
senza fare sul serio,
senza fare sul serio…
Come vorrei distrarmi e ridere…

C'è chi si sente in pericolo,
c'è chi si sente un eroe,
chi invecchiando è più acido,
chi come il vino migliora.

Lento può passare il tempo
ma se perdi tempo,
poi ti scappa il tempo,
l'attimo.

Lento come il movimento
che se fai distratto,
perdi il tuo momento,
perdi l'attimo…

Prendi l'attimo…

Tu non lo sai come vorrei
ridurre tutto ad un giorno di sole;
tu non lo sai come vorrei
saper guardare indietro
senza fare sul serio,
senza fare sul serio…
Come vorrei distrarmi e ridere…

Without Getting Serious
Versions: #1#2
Some people await a miracle
And some, instead, love,
Some ask for peace in a sleeping-pill,
Some sleep only on the metro.

Slowly they pass the time,
But if you lose the rhythm,
Then you skip the beat,
The moment.

Slowly like the movements,
When you are distracted,
You lose your opportunity,
You lose the moment.

And some watch the clouds,
And some wait by the telephone,
Who will always answer and
Who cannot say no?

Slowly they pass the time,
But if you lose the rhythm,
Then you skip the beat,
The moment.

Slowly like the movements,
When you are distracted,
You lose your opportunity,
You lose the moment

You don't know him as much as I'd like,
Limiting all to a sunny day,
You don't know him as much as I'd like,
Be able to look back
Without getting serious, without getting serious,
The same as I'd like to distract and laugh.

Some feel threatened,
Some feel heroic,
Those who get older are the most sour,
Some are like the perfect wine.

Slowly they pass the time,
But if you loose the rhythm,
Then you skip the beat,
The moment.

Slowly like the movements,
When you are distracted,
You lose your opportunity,
You lose the moment,
You take the moment.

You don't know him as much as I'd like,
Limiting all to a sunny day,
You don't know him as much as I'd like,
Be able to look back
Without getting serious, without getting serious,
The same as I'd like to distract and laugh.
