Storm of Fear

Fear of the unknown continues to grow
As fear surrounds us our true colors begin to show
Afraid to go to sleep, afraid to wake up ill
Afraid to lose my job and not be able to pay bills
I fear more for my family than I do my life
My beautiful daughter and pregnant wife
Their protection and health are out of my hands
This is where my trust in God will stand
When control is lost and all else fails
God perseveres and never bails
I fear for my loved ones and all of my friends
I pray for good health and that no one meets their end
This is the time we should all work together
This is a storm of fear that we all can weather
