Unrequited Love

Unrequited
Love
Where are you?
I look for you
Nowhere to be found
Nobody
Knows
Where my sweetest
Of my heart
The dream woman
Who came my way
By some prophetic chance
With her I wanted to dance
Even though I don't know
How
I'll let her lead
I don't want her to make me
Chase after her love
When she'd rather
Put her index finger on my
Burning lips
And say laughing...
Stoooooooooooop!
Like she's ashamed of the love I
Bear for her
But she enjoys it
That i'm courting her
She feels good in this game
Of Hide-And-Seek
Love
That we like to play
But she's laughing
She feels happy
That I court
Her
Unrequited Heart
She's so unsure
Yet - she's certain
Her heart flutters
I know when she sees my brown eyes
With her pretty blue eyes
Did I ever tell you Brigid
That my great-grand-parents
Had green eyes?
Like the color of the Shamrock
You probably pay homage to
Their eyes had that color, too.
Hence today, I look in your Irish Eyes
With my brown eyes...I can't get enough
Of
Your saintly, godly, laughing visage
I'm enamoured with thee
Baby
Can't lose you in any way
I have to show you somehow
That I pay homage
To the Goddess
The one and only sorrow
Of my lonely soul
Is that you won't want to share with me
A happy life
Me holding you in my arms
Whilst you laugh and
Put your magic index finger
Like a magic wand
on my thick, burning lips
Dying to unite with your apple-sauce mouth
And taste the honeysuckle of your lips...
Instead you say...Hey, slow down my chosen one
We've got Eternity...
Instead of Plenty of Time
To unite our souls in passionate kisses
That forever will last
But just not now...I'm having too much fun
Watching your impatience
The energy with which you hold me
And the carress you give me...just not now
My love - you say...
How come you just said it?  I thought your flipside
To my love for Brigid
Is that Unrequietedness long word
Met with indifference to my screams and yells
To God
To help me hope that you feel the same I do for you
But God the wise Guy Upstairs Who so
Passionately Hates me...
Sends me to the Purgatory, where certain devils reside...
Like a Mobster Boss he thinks "I'll show this George Guy
I'll teach him a lesson or two,
That Brigid is too-high a caliber for him
That woman does not love him
But then I retort:  "Just who the Hell
Do you think you are Mr. God?
To believe the charlatans you like yourself
To be in surround
Who proclaim that my love for her is not real
That I am a lunatic and that I deserve the
Utmost
Punishment
For Loving....
Certain minority categories claim they have to be allowed to love
So why can't I
Claim my right to be in love
With my Chosen one...
The very lady of my every night dreams
But you, as you claim to be God
You allow yourself to be manipulated
By scoundrels, charlatans who had me fired from my job?
Why do you believe them God
And you don't believe me?
If you insist in believing in the lying charlatans
You're then
No different than them....
And leave me alone
Let me be and stay in love
With the Brigid of My Dreams
The one I grab that unmatched pillow
And I hug
Thinking 'tis she who in love fell for me, too...
Alas!
But I imagine these things and wish they were true
My Baby Biddie's probably indifferent
And stays true
To her pride
Her whatevers...
Beliefs and things and/or people she holds dear
Even though she was once impressed with me long ago
She's definitely put the big Stop sign
To stare me in the face
So what can I do, while hugging said pillow
As if it were my unalterable fate?
I give a sigh,
Turn around
Tell God once and for all
To go to hell - along with all of his lieutenants
Gossipers and cuckoo-birds, informants
Cheaters, scoundrels, snitches and bitches
Who crawled under His skin
And rub him the right way
So that God now give edicts
Except they're all against me...
But why me?
I get punished by this Manipulated God
Because
I fell in love
With the one
I
Applaud?
Even though her indifference
Toward me makes me mad...
She doesn't feel my hurt
Nor does she ever want to care
So...
I should also stop to care...
Impotent God?
(can only think for yourself
with the help of some
Lying
Bums)?
