Shark

I was sitting on my board in sea waiting for a surf wave to break
Then I saw this shadow  moving underneath the water
Quickly it’s sharp fin was cutting the glittering surface
Shark! I cried out to warn the other sufferers
It’s powerful jaws bit into the board and flip me over
Fear struck me, as i tasted salt water and felt bubbles around me
Then I watched the fish let go and disappear into the depths below
As I flipped the board back over I realized I was attacked by a white shark
It must of mistaking me for a sea lion seal swimming in the waves
Paddling back to shore, I searched around me nervously
Standing on the beach with a chunk out of my board i smiled with relief
