Divine Path

In timid steps man walks,
Unfettered thought strives forth,
clear vision catches far-off fire,
hope mounts on eagle's wings
and captures gleams of Life.

Man lets the spark ignite,
the empty void of fear,
the flicker kindles into flame
and thrusts all longing and desire
into the lofty heights of Truth

Enraptured in the flight of faith,
the heart begins to beat
with rhythm of angelic choir,
and bursting into glorious song,
man finds his way to God.
