Call your Bluff

I will draw a fortress
with bedroom eyes to keep
a quiet comfort inside blanket of warmth,
we will share.

The rose in vase will remain in full bloom,
the beauty of it will be sustaining
placed within purpose of goodness,
that can be sowed, as I become
more than just a thimble of appreciation.

Cashmere petals will wrap my  senses
mimic immortal's driven value with sensitivity,
that the time is right and belongs
to fate's portals.

We lay upon our sustaining roots
leaving strength to hosting daybreak
together to strive to keep it all together.

We will open and close the first sun of
each new bud, showing face and protect our journey.
