Oh, the only sister I
Had, Mary, recently
Entered beyond death
On her way to our
Eternal source.

A terrible loss for she
Was a sister second
To none… a source
Of joy and friendship
Who added to our lives.

But, akin to all, Our
God ensures a return to
His abode of love and, as
Mary witnessed, the door
Is open to eternal life.

Oh! Mary, we love ‘our cutty’
As the family called you. And we
Miss you but we believe that we
Will meet again as your recent
Meeting with mum and dad
