The Ash & The Angel

I took something beautiful and clipped her wings
They were gorgeous
A stream of mortality she was in compare
wings like yours I'd ignite in flames
A crimson red the vines dig deep
Upon my hand
Freezing me from ever touching you
I try to share my soul
Wash it up give it a new name
But you knew who I was
I could never wash this stain from it
But I loved u all the same
For in that moment you were a girl
And I saw u fly
But you never were a girl were you
Just a angel sent to die.
