Life is a rainbow
With countless vibrant shades
but many to eyes hidden
toil endless with their spades

Life is a rainbow
with vibrant colors and hues
some dreams die too young
to savor the morning dews

Life is a rainbow
with merry laughs and smiles
many in darkened corners
cough on fractured tiles

Life is a rainbow
brimming with bold and young
cast over board are
so many heroes unsung

Life maybe a rainbow
And clarion, the coo of a dove
in lonesome dark skies
circles my tireless lost love
