Can't Get Enough

Can't get enough.
Of that same old stuff.
Where nowhere there is to go,
To have it dumped.

So funky it is,
Becoming more addictive.
Up, down and around it seems,
Normalized as a way of life to live!
Frustrating and aggrevating it is.

Can't get enough.
Of what these days many accept.
As being disrespected and it to expect.
From one to another to prove this done to do!

Then hear excuses made.
From many who refuse,
They are only doing to others...
What others do to them too!

Yet...
How can this 'can't get enough' stuff,
That has continued to mess things up!
Become too much of it,
To stop for what it is purposely done to do.

Before eyes open wide to see and realize,
What is there we can't get enough of...
Is stuff we dislike that others to us,
With them to blame and accuse...
That which we do to ourselves first,
Has been done as a choice to choose.

'Why?'

'What do you mean Why?
Why what?'

'Why can't people understand,
What I am going through these days?
As if they could careless,
About how I live and what it takes...
Just to make ends meet.
Why are people these days,
So inconsiderate?'

'Hmmm...
Good question.
The shoes they wear on their feet,
Too tight to fit?
Perhaps,
And I'm just saying perhaps...
They 'assume' to believe,
Themselves to be...
The center of their World.
And others that may exist in it,
Are only there misunderstanding...
Your needs should be served first.
If you should happen to notice them!'

'What a ridiculous comment.
Of course I recognize them.'

'When?'

'When?
Whenever they make attempts to ignore me.
And that they make clear and obvious,
Who is entitled to feel and be...
How can I say this?'

'More important?'

'Exactly!
You took the words right out of my mouth!'

'Oh?
Will you stop your whining and complaints?'

'How dare you be so rude?
I brought my predicament to your attention.
If I had kept my mouth closed,
No one would know the troubles I've seen!'

'I've seen them too!
Troubles that double with no bubble to burst.
But none that I've seen,
Are about you, exclusively.

However...
I must agree.
You do have a point.
Your wheel squeaks louder than most!
And...
With less elbow grease to apply!
While you seek assistance,
From those you say...
Ignore these days have become unable,
To appreciate your ways.
And not their own to prioritize!'

'I have never,
Ever, ever, ever...
So publicly been insulted.
What is MY WORLD coming to?'

'Well...
Perhaps,
Colliding with 'truth and reality'?
Could that be?
I'm just saying.
Who knows what the future holds?
Although I have noticed,
For whatever the reason...
More are becoming,
To prefer the taste of chocolate!'

'And...
What is that suppose to mean?'

'Who knows what the future holds?
But I do know this...
Vanilla and chocolate is a delicious mix.
Especially at night!

Many deny,
The taking off their boots.
To warm up cold feet and kiss sweet lips.
But the proof?
Always is in the pudding to reveal it!'

'Reveal?
Reveal what?'

'A loving to have,
A different kind of banana,
Dipped to enjoy...
On top or either side of their spreading hips!'

'That has nothing to do,
With what I am saying.'

'To that I agree.
But difficult it is to go back.
When and after the facts,
Become too attractive.
To adjust and adapt to them!
Night and day twenty-four seven.'
