Christmas Won't Wait!

November is done.
The turkey all ate.
December is near.
And Christmas won't wait.
The decorating had begun.
Even before the turkey, had thawed. The rush of the holidays.
Is here once again.
There's presents to buy.
And sweet treats to bake.
Santa's getting ready.
To fly in his slay.
He checks that list.
Not once, but twice.
Just to make sure.
The kids have been nice!
For it's presents you'll find.
underneath that tree.
Or a big lump of coal.
If sadly you're mean.
For the joyous of seasons.
Has come once again.
In 365 days.
It will come round again
