T. Overskou

Hans Christian Andersen 1805 (Odense) – 1875 (Copenhagen)

Du slog dog Kjøbenhavnerne en Plade,
Slet ingen tænkte: det er ham;
Snart Øster- og selv Vestergade
Forstened' stod som Loths Madam.
Man sagde først: gaae han af Dandsen!
Nu tog Du Maske, vandt da Krandsen.
— Er' vor Tids Mennesker ei meer,
Ved Dig vor Efterslægt dem seer.
