A Mid'st The Blue Yonder

A midst the blue yonder, under water so deep.
Where animals and wild life happen to sleep.
Calm are the waters, spreading ripples so sweet.
but the heart of the ocean,
has a magnificent beat.
Angry and proud the eye of the storm,
Raging winds, wish you'd never been born.
Grey skies above, clouds gather the rain
drops on the ocean to recycle again.
Ships anchor down to ride out the storm
sailors are tired shattered and worn.
A midst the blue yonder, across the blue sea
After days on the ocean,
the land beckons to me!
The coral below shimmers in light,
as divers search though day and night.
For the ship that was sailing
the eye of the storm,
has joined the blue yonder,
with boughs mangled and torn .
