I am an ambitious, young Kenyan poet who works tirelessly to ensure that my poetry skills get to the optimum. I believe in the power of acquiring more skills and inspiration from my my senior poets.

I DON'T STOP PADDLING

Tears run down my cheek,
When I think of my situation,
But like a chick,
I know my habitation.

Although I feel discouraged ,
With certainty,I will manage,
My cheek will run dry,
Unless I die.

I'm trying to do the best,
Like a weaverbird...
