This poem shows a good sense of rhythm and the imagery of the lone candle fits well with the message. An anti-war poem but also a little tribute to those fallen.

This poem is funny and deep. The concept has been well developed and the old court vocabulary is carried throughout to good effect. I appreciate this lighthearted exploration of the inner world.
