To the woman of the pots and the pans…

(Saint Teresa Of Avila.)

Oh yes, Teresa, God alone suffices- a
Truth one hopes our fellow humans
Would accept and pass on to others
As we daily travel the journey
Of life.
~
For God’s nature is that of ‘love’ –
A truth flowing from the town of
Avila across hundreds of years…
And the only source of justice
And peace for our kind.
~
By example and as expressed
In your prose and poetry
You reflect the reality of
Our Creator and the
Reason for creation.
~
Yes, Teresa, the person
Who walks with God
Lacks nothing- a truth
Accepted by many while
Others are astray.
~
Thus, your intercession
With Our Father, whom
You dwell with, is required in
Order to bring our neighbours
To the Eucharistic fold of love.
