Cheesed off.

CHEESED OFF

I am a cheeseaholic
Who has just arrived in Prague
Where they don’t have any  Stilton
And they’ve never heard  of Yarg,

I’ve been up to the Castle
And I’ve seen the old Town Square
But I can’t locate
A decent bit of Cheddar anywhere.

The Orlog was terrific
And I watched it strike at noon
But when I asked for Wensleydale
They thought I was a loon.

I’ve seen the Jewish Quarter
And I’ve crossed the great Charles Bridge
But no-one had a chunk
Of Gorgonzola in the fridge.

They have a long, green roll of cheese
That looks just like a cuke
But the flavour was disgusting
And it smells like baby’s puke.

I’ve just walked from the Powder Tower
And I’m almost on my knees
So if you would revive me
For god’s sake find some cheese.
