You Know What I'm Saying?

There are days it doesn't pay to think.
Or prove to have common sense to use.
With the going through the motions,
Of exposing to obtain...
Intelligence about something learned.
To have earn it.
Like English, Math and spelling words.
And the knowing what they mean.
Without in conversation,
With someone else.
Expecting them to know,
What has not been heard said to express.

'Uh...
If it had not been for that!
The other would not have happened at all.
You hear me.
You know what I'm saying?
And everyday it's the same thing.
Over snd over again.
You feel me? You hear me?'

'That which was what everyday to happen?'

'Not only here but over there too.
It's too much.
You know what I'm saying?
Nobody can open their door anymore.
And there it is.
If it wasn't for Summer changing to Fall.
What would be the purpose,
To wear shorts if it's snowing outside?

'You feel me?
You know what I'm saying?
Even the animals have no clue,
Why they bark at the mailman.
Or chase a car.
And when that car is parked.
Guess what a dog does?'

'Stops chasing it?'

'No.
It goes to a tree and pee on it.
Are you listening to me?'

'What are 'we' talking about?'

'Looking at stuff,
That makes absolutely no sense...
Trying to understand what's going on.
Everything is not the everything it use to be.
You understand what I'm saying?
You feel me?'

'That I understood to understand.
And I agree.'

'I learned many years ago,
To make clear what is wanted...
For people to understand.
To avoid confusion and misunderstandings?
It takes being direct and use the right words.
Some people will ramble on from one thing,
Then to another.
How can anyone say...
They had a meaningful conversation,
With somebody like that.
You know what I'm saying?
You feel me?'

'You took the words right out of my mouth?
And when I go shopping at the mall.
I make sure I know where the bathrooms are.
You hear what I'm saying?
You feel me?'

'I...
I think so.
Yes.
But...
Aren't you a security guard there?'

'That's what I'm saying!
When you know exactly where you're going,
Why ask anybody!'

'True.
That makes a lot of sense.'
