There's a dream I have portrayed

Starry_Tuta 1989 (Nsk)

There's a dream I have portrayed
I believed that it could come true.
Now, I'm enslaved.
To fall in love with a dream. What a fool.

There is everyday fuss, and reality is gray.
From bad thoughts, it distracts.
But darkness follows every day.
And again and again, we walk under the stars.

Just cause she is with me, I'm glad.
She's happy just because I am with her.
I say: "We will never part".
"Don't even dare think about it", she's saying in return.

I'm drifting off to sleep with a grin.
After all, I know we'll be dancing all night again.
And only the alarm clock's damn ring
Can part me with her for the whole day.

Judge me hot. I don't care what you were told About other poets who are soft. I am ready to accept whatever I've deserved. Insult me, humiliate me, and affront If it would make me better somewhat. more…
