A Mother's Love

There is no stronger love, they say,
than the love that a Mother can give,
From the moment you breathe your first breath of life,
Her love gives you purpose to live,
Her love will always surround you,
& gently shelter your soul,
And memories, through years of support,
will guide you as you grow,
And when you're grown, you then will see,
when time has come to part,
That you feel your Mother's unconditional love,
Everlasting in your heart...

About this poem

Dedicated to my mother Susan Lenora Inch 2/18/1950 - 3/92023. To me she meant the world, and now I feel so lost without her. Everyday I struggle to find a way to go on, one more day without her. My mother was the most honorable, loyal person, that I have ever met. She had the the biggest heart and was kind & generous to everyone she met. Her positivity and spirituality rubbed off on anyone that was around her. She with my best friend, my greatest supporter, and was the only person in this world that really KNEW me. She never judged me, was there for me through the good times and even more so, throughout the bad. She always gave me the unconditional love that a mother should give to their child. She will be sincerely missed... Until I see her again one day... I love you Mom!
