The Tempest's Triumph : Unbound by Adversity

Upon the morn, when first the light did break
And skies of grey did turn to azure blue,
I stood, a stalwart form upon the ground,
My limbs unshaken, my resolve unbowed.
For I had battled fierce the tempest wild
And emerged victorious, unbroken, proud.

With lightning flashing and winds so loud
I faced the tempest, with nary a shake.
For though the winds did howl and clouds did frown,
I knew that I, victorious, would emerge,
For I am strong, and unafraid, unbound.
And as the dawn did break, I stood tall, proud.

The tempest raged, a force so fierce and proud
But I, with steadfast heart and steadfast gaze,
Did not falter, did not bend, did not shake.
For I am made of stronger stuff, unbound
By mortal fears, and ready for the fight,
As dawn did break, and I emerged victorious.

With head held high and spirit unbroken, proud.

A shining light in darkness, a beacon bright,
Unshaken by the tempest's fearsome shake.

For though the tempest may rage and shake
And all around me falter, I will stand,
Victorious, unbroken, and unbound,
With head held high and spirit fiercely proud,
For I am strong, and I will always emerge,
A conqueror at dawn, a sight to behold.
