A Mother's Love

"A Mother's Love"

A mother's love is like a rose,
Soft and gentle, yet so bold,
She's the one who's always there,
With a heart of gold.

She carried you for nine long months,
Through joy and pain, through love and fears,
She gave you life, and all her love,
And dried your every tear.

But time is fleeting, like a breeze,
That blows away the fallen leaves,
And one day soon, you'll look around,
To find that she's no longer here to grieve.

So cherish her while she's still here,
And hold her close, and tell her so,
Let her know how much you love her,
Before it's time for her to go.

For she'll always be a part of you,
A guiding light, a shining star,
And in your heart, she'll live on,
Forever, near and far.

So love your mom before it's too late,
And make the most of every day,
For she's the one who's loved you always,
And will be with you in every way.
