Agnes's love

Agnes,s love 2001 (Zomba central hospital)

Blank verse
She fell in love with me  the very moment
She found out that I was hers

Though my mother had no place to call home but she made sure that I was safe and sound in her womb

My mother sacrificed her dreams so that I  could be here and fight for the life she never had for myself

Therefore I know the meaning and feeling of unconditional love because of my mother

About this poem

I wrote this poem for my mom. I see her as my hero because if it wasn't her sacrifice of her dreams, I wouldn't be here. She lost everything even after I was born we went through alot, no food, no water and no money. Words can't fully express how I truly feel about her. I know love is unconditional because of her.
