Anxiety
I feel like I'm going crazy
I can't calm down
But the world keeps going 'round
I am always a problem to society
They think that I am lazy
They wouldn't care if I would drown
But the world keeps going 'round
Although I have never crossed property,
I had a talk with the monarchy
The queen swears that I mushed a daisy!
How come she gets to wear the crown?
But the world keeps going 'round
I never liked the way I am
But they don't give a damn
I have always done my best
And God says that I am blessed
But the world keeps going 'round
And from now on, I will always be found
About this poem
I have been suffering from anxiety and depression. I also have not been feeling like I belong in the world and I don't fit in with anyone. I love music, and one of my favorite artists, Ashley Tisdale, wrote a album when she was suffering from her anxiety and depression. I has inspired me deeply.
